5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise specified.
Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are added at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or Big Cartel Payments).
Defined Threads does not store your payment details.

If payment fails or is disputed, Defined Threads reserves the right to suspend order fulfillment until resolved.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and fulfilled through Printify and/or Printful production partners.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping (see our Shipping Policy for full details).

Defined Threads is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because each item is printed to order:

We cannot accept general returns or exchanges for size or color preferences.
Refunds or replacements are only issued for verified damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
