DEFINED THREADS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At Defined Threads, each piece is created with care and purpose. Because many of our items are print-on-demand, each order is produced uniquely for you once it’s placed.
Our goal is for every customer to love their purchase, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because products are made to order:
- We do not accept general returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
- However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily replace it at no cost.
To start a replacement request, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- Your order was canceled before production began, or
- A replacement is not possible due to discontinued stock or a printing error.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
4. Cancellations
Because print-on-demand orders enter production quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, the order will proceed to production and cannot be canceled.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the item is returned to us:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- We cannot refund orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal carrier first. All items include insurance. Then email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Items damaged due to improper care or wear
- Limited-edition or collaboration collections
7. Exchanges (if applicable)
If a replacement is needed for a damaged or misprinted item:
- We’ll issue a new item free of charge once the issue is verified.
- You do not need to return the damaged item unless requested.
