DEFINED THREADS — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing
All Defined Threads products are made to order. This means every item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
- Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days.
- Once your item has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
🧵 Please note: Because each piece is made individually, production times may vary slightly during high-volume seasons.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the product type.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or unforeseen carrier issues.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with Printify and Printful’s trusted carrier networks, which may include:
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- UPS
- Regional postal services (for international deliveries)
Tracking information will always be provided once your item ships.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and total order weight.
Occasionally, Defined Threads may offer free shipping promotions—watch our site and social channels for updates.
5. Split Shipments
Because your items may come from multiple production facilities, orders with multiple products may ship separately.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
However, international customers are responsible for:
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Ensuring their address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Defined Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, you may be asked to cover reshipping costs.
8. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Verify the address provided during checkout.
- Check with household members, building management, or the local post office.
- Wait 24–48 hours (in case of a delayed scan).
If you still can’t locate your package, contact the post office first and then contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help investigate.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- A replacement will be issued at no extra cost once the issue is verified.
10. Pre-Orders & Special Collections
For limited-edition or collaboration collections, extended processing times may apply.
